These terms govern our partnership, project delivery, and the use of our website. We’ve written them to be clear, fair, and aligned with how we actually work. By engaging Crexaro’s services, you agree to these conditions.

Our Working Principles
This isn’t generic legal text. These principles reflect how Crexaro approaches every project. They are the foundation of our service agreement.
Clarity Over Ambiguity. We commit to fixed-scope proposals. If your project needs change, we provide a clear change order with new costs and timelines before proceeding. This avoids "scope creep" and budget surprises for you.
Ownership & Access. Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of the final source code and design files. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place, which we are happy to sign.
Realistic Timelines. Our quoted timelines are based on our current capacity and your required deliverables. Delays in client-provided assets (content, images, brand guidelines) will impact the delivery schedule. We will communicate these adjustments immediately.

Payment & Deliverables

Standard Payment Terms
- • 50% deposit to secure your project in our schedule.
- • 40% upon approval of core design and user flow.
- • 10% balance due upon final delivery and handoff.
What You Receive: A fully functional, responsive website (or approved digital asset) hosted on your chosen platform, along with source files and a simple handoff document. We provide 30 days of minor bug-fix support post-launch for any issues directly related to our work.
Inclusions vs. Scope

Strategy, design, development, content migration, basic SEO setup, training.
Excluded (Typically)
Copywriting, professional photography, premium stock licenses, third-party API fees, ongoing hosting/updates (unless on a retainer).

Custom vs. Template
Downside: Custom development takes longer and costs more than a pre-built theme.
Mitigation: We provide a clear timeline and cost breakdown, and you gain a unique site that scales with your brand.
Content Collection
Downside: Delays in providing text/images stall the project.
Mitigation: We provide a content roadmap early and offer guidance on what’s needed and when.
Feature Creep
Downside: Adding features mid-project expands scope and budget.
Mitigation: We document all requests and provide a change order for approval before implementing.
Speed vs. Polish
Downside: Rushed deadlines may sacrifice final review rounds.
Mitigation: We agree on a realistic timeline upfront and communicate any potential conflicts immediately.
Revisions
Downside: Unlimited revisions are not sustainable for a fixed-price project.
Mitigation: Our quotes include a defined revision round. Major changes can be scoped and added.
Questions to Ask Any Studio

1. What happens if my project requirements change after the start?
We pause work, review the new requirements together, and issue a formal Change Order detailing the impact on timeline and budget. This protects both of us from scope creep.
2. Who owns the code and designs after the project?
You do. Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables are transferred to you. We retain rights to display the work in our portfolio unless under an NDA.
3. How do you handle delays, especially if they are on your end?
We communicate proactively. If a delay is caused by us, we provide a revised timeline. We do not charge extra for delays within our control.
4. What is your process for ensuring the site is secure and fast?
We build using modern, secure frameworks, implement basic security headers, and optimize images/code for performance. For advanced security (e.g., compliance), we can discuss add-ons.
5. What is included in post-launch support?
30 days of support for bug fixes directly related to our work. This does not cover new features, content updates, or issues caused by third-party plugins or server changes.
6. Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely. Our process is designed to integrate and apply your existing brand assets. If guidelines are incomplete, we can help develop them as part of the project scope.
Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from our services will be addressed through mediation in Istanbul before pursuing legal action.
